The thread that runs through my life is communication and creativity. I’m a life coach, a marketing professional, a musician, and a mixed media artist.
As a coach I work in an intuitive way, tapping into a variety of modalities like the wisdom of the body, intuitive painting and mixed media, to unlock a client’s own inner knowing.
I hold a coaching certification from The Co-Active Training Institute, a BM from the Boston Conservatory of Music, as well as being a Reiki Master.
